What Equipment is Needed for Vert Code Elite?
If you at minimum have access to basic gym equipment such as power rack, dumbbells, and benches you can participate in the program. A super band + mini band is optional as well as access to a pool, however, if you do not have those things you should still be fine to move forward. The program also offers alternatives to workouts that incorporate specialized equipment or a pool to ensure users can follow along without limitations.
Which Program is Best for Me? Vert Code Elite -OR- Vert Code Body Weight?
It truly just depends on where you are currently in your strength training history. If you have multiple years of advanced Resistance and Plyometric Training then the Elite program would suit you best and would provide the best results. However, if you are a beginning athlete or someone without several years of experience under your belt you will see most significant gains with the Body Weight program. Can I Continue My Own Weight Training Regimen?
It is advised that athletes only complete Upper-Body and Core work while on the Vert Code Elite -OR- Vert Code Body Weight. We provide an Upper Body guide within the videos tab that describes how to incorporate upper body training that even includes exercise ideas.
I Purchased the Lifetime Program, Why Can I Only See Phase 1?
The phases are still released monthly as the program is developed to be completed in progressive stages as designed. This method eliminates athletes from skipping past phases, however, once you have completed all 12 months you will then have access to view all 12 phases indefinitely.
What is the Difference Between Lifetime Vs. Monthly Purchase?
The difference between the two is simply in terms of access. Both programs will release progressively/monthly, however, if you purchase the monthly subscription and cancel for any reason, you will no longer have access to the program. If you choose to purchase the lifetime option, you will have access to the program indefinitely and will never have to worry about losing access or logged data. The monthly subscription will continue to bill past the 12th phase. Please cancel prior to your next billing cycle if you no longer wish to retain access -OR- reach out to our team at pjfsystem@pjfsystem.com to ask for a courtesy upgrade to the Lifetime Membership after your 12th month of billing.
I Have an Injury and Need to Pause/Cancel my Monthly or yearly Subscription!
Unfortunately, there is no way to pause payments for the monthly subscription.
 
As the program is subscription based, you will only have access to it so long as you remain a member. 
If I Cancel my Monthly or yearly Subscription, Will I Still Have Access to the Program?
You can cancel the program at any time, just be sure to cancel before your next billing cycle. Additionally, as this is a subscription-based program, you will lose access to the platform entirely. You will only have access for as long as you remain a member unless you’ve purchased the Lifetime option.
If I Cancel and Re-Join Vert code elite, Will I Have Access to My Previous Phases?
Yes, your account history will be retained for any previous phases completed if you re-join the same program. However, you may reach out to pjfsystem@pjfsystem.com if you find that the system is not displaying
I Have a Current Injury/Limitation, Can I Still Participate In the Program(s)?
It is advised that all athletes/clients consult with their physician or physical therapist for guidance on medically related inquiries. Athletes must be cleared for high-intensity Plyometrics & Resistance Training prior to beginning any online training.
How Can I Receive a Refund for My Purchase?

Once a purchase is made, NO REFUNDS will be available under any circumstances.
